"Best selling author, Haywood Smith, will be at the Dawson County Library Saturday, April 16, at 11:00AM, to speak about her newest book, ?Queen Bee Goes Home Again.? Her six earlier novels, set in England and Scotland, have won her critical acclaim and many fans. Her recent novels, including ?The Red Hat Club,? ?The Red Hat Club Rides Again,? and ?Ladies of the Lake,? are about Southern women who help each other after ?their lives fall apart.? Haywood is an Atlanta native and has recently returned to Georgia to live near her son, daughter-in -law, and four grandchildren. Haywood Smith?s appearance is sponsored by Friends of the Dawson County Library. The event is FREE and her books will be available for purchase. Light refreshments will be served. "
