Description
Dawsonville Civitan's "Ride for a Reason" is a motorcycle ride through the scenic foothills of North Georgia. Proceeds will benefit community residents with developmental and physical disabilities. Registration for the event is online at www.CivitanRide.eventbrite.com; registration is $30/driver and $10/rider. The ride will be deputy escorted and t-shirts are free for those who register in advance. Late registration at the event will begin at 9:00 am - same registration fee, but t-shirts must be purchased onsite as available. Lunch plates will be available for purchase after the ride, cooked by the Dawsonville Pool Room. Dawsonville Civitan is also currently selling raffle tickets for a 60" Vizio Smart TV for $10 each; the drawing will take place at the end of the motorcycle ride.
