Come help us celebrate this monumental achievement here at ACCARES Wellness Center with a festive event in recognition of Dr.Kathy Howell's accomplishments after 3 ½ years of study at the Ulan Institute in Clearwater, FL. We have a few more facts to share with you too, breaking more food/health myths of the last 100 years. It is also a celebration of your successes in re-gaining your health spirit/soul/body. We at the Wellness Center and you, guys, are a team! Let's have fun. There will be trail walks and a bon-fire. Bring natural bug spray! Potluck style meal down at the pond, so bring your favorite HEALTHY dish with copies of the recipes to share! Organic meat and beverages will be provided. Enjoy this opportunity to mingle with like-minded friends and honor our favorite practitioner.
