Job Type: Part-Time (28 hours / week) | W-2 Employee
Location: Dawsonville, GA (in person)


About the Role:
We are looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and flexible Administrative Assistant. This is a unique, hybrid position combining administrative/clerical support and occasional personal errand-running / childcare. This role reports directly to the executive assistant to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Administrative Support (Primary Role):
  • Errands
  • Scheduling / calendar management
  • Data entry / contract management
  • Operational processing / support
Personal (Occasional):
  • Pick up/drop off children / supervision during business operations
  • Errands

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven reliability and trustworthiness (references required)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance
  • Ability to multitask and manage time independently
  • Basic computer skills (email, excel, Microsoft, SharePoint, calendars, etc.)

Requirements:
  • Background check required
  • Must be 18+
  • Ability to lift to 40 lbs
  • Flexible hours are available for the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly wage: $18 paid bi-weekly via W-2
  • Opportunity to grow into a more defined administrative role
