Alliance Property Services seeking: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid Role)
Job Type: Part-Time (28 hours / week) | W-2 Employee
Location: Dawsonville, GA (in person)
We are looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and flexible Administrative Assistant. This is a unique, hybrid position combining administrative/clerical support and occasional personal errand-running / childcare. This role reports directly to the executive assistant to the CEO.
Business Administrative Support (Primary Role):
- Errands
- Scheduling / calendar management
- Data entry / contract management
- Operational processing / support
- Pick up/drop off children / supervision during business operations
- Errands
- Proven reliability and trustworthiness (references required)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance
- Ability to multitask and manage time independently
- Basic computer skills (email, excel, Microsoft, SharePoint, calendars, etc.)
- Background check required
- Must be 18+
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs
- Flexible hours are available for the right candidate
- Hourly wage: $18 paid bi-weekly via W-2
- Opportunity to grow into a more defined administrative role
