Lead Customer Service Representative
Description: Performs a broad range of customer service duties related to the water and sewer services of the Authority. Supervises Customer Service Representatives. Responds to and assists customers with problems and routine inquiries. Ensures customers are provided a high level of service and treated professionally. Minimum Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university. Valid Class C Driver’s License with a satisfactory MVR. Two years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, including direct supervisory experience. Starting pay is $26.75 per hour. Competitive benefits are offered.
