Client-Independent Contractor Assistant
Alliance Property Services is a third-party facility management company which services Commercial Clients throughout the United States.
Working in our Client/Contractor Department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, assisting with preparing service quotes, and sourcing the best Independent Contractors for client services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Clients:
- Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities.
- Assess the needs of prospects to determine how our solutions can be of benefit to them and set the stage for a positive client relationship.
- Collect and provide the information needed so a tailored quote can be developed and presented.
- Source, screen, and qualify Independent Service Providers in facility and property maintenance trades.
- Provide written details of the specific job for review, discuss the requirements, and answer any questions.
- Collect the necessary information and compliance documentation so agreements can be prepared and onboarding completed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Superior listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal driven, great attention to detail, a team player.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience in commercial property maintenance and working with Independent Contractors a plus.
- Full-time: Hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with 1 hour lunch – Monday - Friday
